Accessing the Dictionaries
From other software
Double-click a word or place the cursor in or beside it, then call up Antidote and choose whichever dictionary you want to consult. How you call up Antidote’s dictionaries depends on the software you are using. From Microsoft Word, for example, just click the icon in Antidote’s toolbar (Mac) or ribbon (Windows).
- To find out how to use Antidote with your favourite applications, click Help in the menu bar and select Integration of Antidote with your software (Connectix)click the icon at the bottom of the sidebar to consult the Quick Start Guide.
From Antidote’s other resources
You can call up Antidote’s dictionaries while working in the corrector or the guides by clicking the icon in the upper right-hand corner of the window or pressing ⌘ + D (Mac) or Ctrl + D (Windows)sidebar. You can also click Resources in the menu bar, then Dictionaries and choose the dictionary you want to consult from the menu.
