Roles in Antidote BETA
In addition to their role in the organization, users can hold one or more roles in the various Antidote applications. There is no role assigned by default.
Exam Monitor (Antidote Web Only)
The Exam Monitor is authorized to enable exam mode and to manage group permissions for the organization. Exam mode changes Antidote Web’s appearance to indicate that an exam is in progress. Group permissions grant or restrict access to Antidote Web’s tools and content (corrector, student data, etc.). Exam mode and group permissions are managed from within Antidote Web, so the user assigned this role must have access to the application.
Permissions Manager (Antidote Web Only)
The Permissions Manager is authorized to manage group permissions for the organization and can grant or restrict access to Antidote Web’s tools and content (corrector, student data, etc.) unless exam mode is enabled. These permissions are managed from within Antidote Web, so the user assigned this role must have access to the application.
