SCIM Automated Provisioning
Druide gives you the ability to configure automated provisioning using the System for Cross-Domain Identity Management (SCIM) standard, which lets you synchronize users and groups from your identity provider (Microsoft, Okta, OneLogin, JumpCloud, etc.) with the Client Portal.
SCIM is complementary to SAML (described in the previous section of this guide):
SAML SCIM Full name Security Assertion Markup Language System for Cross-Domain Identity Management Definition Protocol for the Single Sign-On service Standard for data exchange, or the synchronization of user accounts and groups
Once everything is configured, you will be able to:
- synchronize groups between your management system and the Client Portal;
- grant access to Antidote Web based on the groups to which users are assigned;
- assign roles in the organization from your management system;
- automatically synchronize users without them having to log in;
- delete accounts from your management system.
Requirements
Before you begin, make sure: ✅ you have configured Authentication with SAML; ✅ your organization holds an active Antidote Web subscription; ✅ your account is assigned the Administrator or Technician role.
This chapter has two sections:
- The configuration procedure for Microsoft’s Azure Active Directory
- A description of the automated provisioning settings in the Organization Client Portal
