Message: “Anti-Oops! initialization has not been completed.” (macOS)

ANTIDOTE 12 (11, 10 et 9)

Before following the steps below, make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of Antidote. For more details, refer to this article.

In order to correct this situation, please follow this procedure:

  1. Quit your email software.
  2. Quit Antidote.
  3. Quit the Agent:
    • Click on the Connectix Agent icon (upper right-hand corner).
    • Hold down the Alt/Option (⌥) key until you see Quit Connectix Agent.
    • Click on Quit Connectix Agent.
