Message: “The Connectix application needs to automate [...]” (macOS)

ANTIDOTE 12 (11, 10 et 9)

See if the application you are trying to use is enabled under AgentConnectix, AgentAntidoteConnect or Connectix (depending on the edition of Antidote installed on your workstation).

On macOS Ventura (13) and later editions:

  1. Click on the Apple menu (upper left corner of the screen).
  2. Open System Settings...
  3. Select Privacy & Security.
  4. In the right column, select Automation.
  5. Check whether the application is enabled under either AgentConnectix, AgentAntidoteConnect or Connectix.
  6. Restart your computer.

On macOS Monterey (12) and earlier editions:

  1. Click on the Apple menu (upper left corner of the screen).
  2. Open System Preferences...
  3. Select Security & Privacy.
  4. Select the Privacy tab.
  5. In the left column, select Automation.
  6. Check whether the application is enabled under either AgentConnectix, AgentAntidoteConnect or Connectix.
  7. Restart your computer.
