Message : Failure to connect with Antidote Web’s corrector

Solution

A failed connection can happen because your session has been timed out. Go to https://antidote.app and make sure Antidote Web appears. If the login page is presented, please enter your Druide ID and password.

Otherwise, connection issues are often caused by strongly restricted networks (ex.: firewalls or proxy servers). To access Antidote’s corrector, you must get the use of Antidote Web approved by your network administrators.

Administrators must allow the use of the WebSocket (wss://) protocol with port 443 on the antidote.app domain as well as any *.antidote.app subdomain. They must also authorize the transmission of the following HTTP headers:

  • Connection: upgrade
  • Upgrade: websocket
