The Mail module remains disabled (macOS)

Technical support for this edition of Antidote has ended. As of October 2024, this article is no longer updated.

Under macOS Mojave, Catalina and Big Sur, Antidote is up-to-date, but the Mail module remains disabled.

  1. Quit Mail.
  2. Select Go to Folder... from the Finder’s Go menu.
  3. Type ~/Library/Mail/Bundles in the dialog box and click on Go.
  4. From the window that opens, drag the file Antidote - PJ.mailbundle to the trash (you may have type your password).
  5. Restart your computer.
  6. After restarting, select Connectix (install with your software) from the Antidote agent located on the right side of the menu bar.
  7. Make sure that Mail is checked in the list of available connectors.
  8. Click on the Install button.
