Situation

Antidote cannot access the content of the email.

Solution

1. The email might not be editable (ex.: a sent or received email); the correction is impossible in that case.
2. You might need to repair your MS Office applications. To do so, Microsoft offers this procedure.
3. You might need to reactivate the Microsoft VBA complementary macro for Outlook. To do so:
   • Launch Outlook.
   • Open the Tools menu and select Trust Center.
   • Click on Add-ins.
   • Under Manage, select Disabled Application Add-ins, then select Go.
   • Reactivate the Microsoft VBA complementary macro for Outlook.
   • Quit and restart Outlook.
