Solution

First, make sure you are using a platform that Antidote is compatible with. For example, Antidote 10 cannot be installed on a 32-bit system or on macOS 10.11 or under. If needed, please consult Antidote 10’s compatibilities.

If you are certain you are on a compatible platform, the executable file could be corrupt. We invite you to re-download the installer from your Client Portal.
