Antidote 11
These codes indicate a communication break between your web browser and Antidote. We have deployed a new connector which should resolve the situation. This deployment is gradual and silent, requiring no intervention on your part.
If you wish to force the update in your browser, we invite you to follow this procedure (it applies to all browsers; we are using Google Chrome for illustrative purposes only).
Choose the tab that corresponds to your operating system: Windows or Mac.

Removing the connector
- First make sure that your browser is closed, then launch Connectix from the search bar.
- In Connectix, select Remove from the left column (1), then check Google Chrome (2). Click on Remove from list (3).
Adding the connector
- In Connectix, select Add from the left column (1), then check Google Chrome (2). Click on Add (3).
- At the next step, click Continue.
- A browser window will open. Click Add Antidote 11’s connector to Google Chrome.
- A new browser tab will open. Click on Add to Chrome.
- In the pop-up window, click Add extension.

- First make sure that your browser is closed, then launch the Antidote Agent from the menu bar and select Integration of Antidote with your software.
- In Connectix, select the Remove tab (1), then check Google Chrome (2). Click on Remove from list (3).

- In Connectix, select the Add tab (1), then check Google Chrome (2). Click on Add (3).
- At the next step, click Continue.
- A browser window will open. Click Add Antidote 11’s connector to Google Chrome.
- A new browser tab will open. Click on Add to Chrome.
- In the pop-up window, click Add extension.
