Error code 6021

Solution

Before following this procedure, please make sure you have downloaded the most recent free update for your copy of Antidote (launch the Antidote dictionary and select Search for updates in the Help menu).

In order to correct this problem, please follow this procedure:

  1. Quit Mail.
  2. Quit Antidote.
  3. Quit the Connectix Agent.
    • Click on the Connectix Agent icon (upper right-hand corner) to see the menu.
    • Hold down the ALT key until you see the Quit Connectix Agent.
    • Click on Quit Connectix Agent.
  4. Restart Antidote, and then Mail.
