Deactivating the automatic renewal of an Antidote+ subscription

To disable the automatic renewal of an Antidote+ subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log onto your Client Portal.
2. Go to the Subscriptions > Antidote+ tab.
3. Under the Details section, find Automatic renewal.
4. Click on the Edit button to disable automatic subscription renewal.

You can also delete your banking information by going to the Invoices tab and clicking on the Edit billing information button.
