Error code 6021

ANTIDOTE 12 (11, 10 et 9)

Before following this procedure, please make sure you have downloaded the most recent free update for your copy of Antidote. For more details, refer to this article.

In order to correct this problem, follow this procedure:

  1. Quit Mail.
  2. Quit Antidote.
  3. Quit the Connectix Agent.
    • Click on the Connectix Agent icon (upper right-hand corner) to see the menu.
    • Hold down the ALT key until you see the Quit Connectix Agent.
    • Click on Quit Connectix Agent.
  4. Restart Antidote, and then Mail.
