Error code 6021

Before following this procedure, please make sure you have downloaded the most recent free update for your copy of Antidote. For more details, refer to this article.

In order to correct this problem, follow this procedure:

1. Quit Mail.
2. Quit Antidote.
3. Quit the Antidote Agent.
   • Click on the AntidoteAgent icon (upper right-hand corner) to see the menu.
   • Hold down the ALT key until you see the Quit Antidote Agent.
   • Click on Quit Antidote Agent.
4. Restart Antidote, and then Mail.
