This code indicates a communication problem with Word 2011’s communication (VBA or Visual Basic for Applications) module.

Solution

We invite you to make sure your hard drive’s name does not contain accented characters.

If there are no accented characters in your hard drive’s name, please follow this procedure to reinstall Word’s VBA component and correct the error code:

1. Launch MS Office 2011’s installer.
2. In the "Installation type" click on Personnalize.
3. Click on the triangle to show Microsoft Office 2011.
4. Check the Visual Basic for Applications options and click on Install.
5. Answer the installer’s other questions.
